CHALLENGE

Quares Student Housing, a sub-brand of the Quares Group, has an elementary visual identity: a sans-serif font and a set of three colors. The annual report had to fit within the corporate mother-brand identity but have its own little extra personality.

PROPOSITION

We developed a corporate layout with the fonts and colors we had but added a twist: a rough and handwritten font punctuates the content, like notes students might have added in their books.
